“ Adeline was excellent from many angles with innovative flavors and mouthfeels, alternating crispy pork and savory tuna in a fish sauce with greens and some kind of finely shredded fried noodle. A delicious quail was bathed in tasty sauces and stayed crisp nonetheless. Very good cocktails and desserts and good wine by the glass combined with very attentive and timely service made this a great experience. A bit expensive but worth it because everything is very well done. ”

The head chef and owner served us several of the dishes and took the time to answer questions and explain the dish. Everything is homemade, including basic things that most restaurants purchase, like their bao buns and naam bread. Our favorite dishes were the lamb humus, crispy pork, and duck bao buns. The tuna and oysters were also tasty. ”
